 The
Saythala is one of many bands that have been serving our good communities in
France for many years. They just released third album. Their latest music
video/VCD karaoke are now available.
Here
is what they have to say. First of all, we would like to congratulate laopress.com.
Before
we talk about our new VCD album, let us remind you a brief history of our group,
The Saythala.
Saythala
formed in 1985 after we won the “Lao song of the
year” award in Versailles (Paris). The first CD album released in
1986.
Boosted
by the success of the first album, we released another two CD albums.
We
began working on the fourth album in 2000. In the beginning, we planned to make
ordinary audio CD. But the idea of making VCD album came when DVD players were
becoming affordable. Also Lao people started to enjoy Karaoke.
In
our new VCD Karaoke,
we will include six
tracks of our old hits and 4 new tracks.
We'd
spent a lot of time making each new track because we wanted each of them to be
original and sound different.
Currently
we are working on the video clips. It’s quite a challenging task to star in
the new music video since we don’t have any experience in acting.
Anyway,
we shall do our very best and hope that our fans
will appreciate this new production. This latest album is for them.
